Insert cute & catchy title here

Last week I started walking a few mornings a week with some friends in the neighborhood. That first day my body was really hating me! When I got home, my legs felt like jelly. My right leg was so heavy that it was kind of dragging behind me! So out of shape!! Reminds me of my first week at BYU when I had unintentionally planned my classes on every opposite corner of campus. Plus I had a PE class where they expected me to run (run?) AND I was taking a ballet class again after 2 years of no classes. I had signed up for the beginning class, since it had been two years & was more rusty than the tin man, but the teacher kicked me out and put me in the advanced class. Ouch! I couldn't walk for a week. It's been fun walking with the girls though. I just feel bad that I am slow, out of shape and holding them back. Soon my body will cooperate and I'll be able to keep up.I would love our walking scenery to look like this trail in Redondo Beach (near where I grew up), but it doesn't. It's a bit warmer here!!

We don't like bugs. At least the girls here in our house. So my loving husband is the lucky one to get rid of them. We finally hired a bug service to help him because there were so many spiders. The other day, my little one was in the living room saying, "Bug! Bug! Bug!" I looked and saw a little lizard! Then she was going around the house saying, "Wizar! Wizar!Wizar! Wook! A wizar!" (she's 2 1/2) I like lizards. This is the same lizard that was in our home a few months ago. He was pretty cute. The girls had fun watching us try to get him out the door. He was so small that the door frame (thing on the floor) was like a mountain. He couldn't figure out how to get over it. Think he was only about 2-3 inches long.

Our furniture was featured in the online gallery of Domino Magazine! They must have written this article & put together this slide show when we had furniture on Etsy. It's still fun to be shown in an online magazine though.
Speaking of features... tomorrow our pendants will be featured on a cool blog called Tip Junkie. (hopefully) Check out her blog for great ideas. It's very well organized too.

But wait, there's more! We have pendants now being sold in Florida at Black Heart Inc. The web store is "... The best place on the web to buy Punk / Emo / Goth Clothing and Accessories. " So now we are selling in Seattle, Florida, Australia, and we're talking with a girl in Hong Kong.

Yesterday I took the girls to Pump It Up to jump, play, slide, and run. They had a great time & were both ready for naps when we got home. Only the little one slept though. I took my camera with the good intentions of capturing their fun, but the batteries were dead. Ugh. They had a blast. There's this big tall slide there and they loved that. I think my little one caught some air every time she went down!

Is it summer yet? It's so hot here that yesterday I thought my contacts were melting onto my eyes. The thermometer in the car said it was 119. Could it be? My computer says 116 right now.

This blog keeps getting longer and longer. Guess I need to stop putting off folding the mountain of laundry in my room. So, off to fold.

We've really enjoyed having you walk with us in the mornings... you're not holding anyone back, by the way. It's been so fun! The whole 6:00 thing is hard so I love that I have such cute, fun people to wake up to. I love reading about everything that you're doing. So much going on but it's all good!
